Flexible Access with Session Recordings
We understand that life can get busy, and attending every live session may not always be possible. That’s why the teaching portion of our mentorship group sessions will be recorded and archived within our private membership site. If you are unable to attend a live session, you can access the recordings at your convenience.
Submit Your Questions in Advance
To ensure that your individual concerns and inquiries are addressed during the live sessions, we encourage patients to send a detailed list of questions to Dr. Libert ahead of time. This gives her the opportunity to review and prepare thoughtful responses tailored to your needs.
Customize Your Interaction
You have the option to indicate whether you prefer your question to be anonymous or if you are willing to engage in a back-and-forth conversation during the live session. Dr. Libert values open and honest dialogue and wants to ensure that you receive the most comprehensive and nuanced answers to your questions.
Confidentiality and Group Participation Agreement
Before joining The Transform Brain & Body Mentorship Group with Dr. Libert, participants are required to review and agree to the following confidentiality and disclosure guidelines:
- Participants understand that the group visit/shared medical appointment involves discussing medical information in the presence of other patients, guest experts, staff, and Dr. Libert.
- Participants acknowledge that this model provides the benefit of a visit with Dr. Libert and the added advantage of learning from other patients’ experiences and insights.
If participants have medical concerns of a highly private nature, they agree to discuss these concerns in a private setting with our Caring for the Body, PLLC team or schedule an individual telemedicine or office visit with Dr. Libert.
Respect the Confidentiality of Others
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other members in the group and not reveal any medical, personal, or identifying information about others in attendance after the session is over.
Option to Remain Anonymous
Participants have the option to remain anonymous in the group if they so choose. Participants can submit questions to Dr. Libert anonymously, and she will answer them without identifying the person during the group sessions. You control whether or not you turn on your camera and can decide what name is displayed in your Zoom setting.
Your Privacy and Respect for Others
In our mentorship groups, we prioritize privacy and respect for each participant. The confidentiality agreement fosters an atmosphere of trust and openness, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable sharing and learning from one another.
By agreeing to these guidelines, participants can fully engage in the mentorship group, knowing that their privacy is safeguarded and that they have the freedom to participate at their comfort level.
