Our Soul Care Virtual Retreats, led by Dr. Libert and other guest facilitators, are designed to provide a space for healing, sharing, and connecting with others on a deeper level. As members of this soul care group, we gather in the spirit of compassion and support, committed to nurturing our souls and exploring the wisdom within.
Meeting Times
We meet online via every month on the second Wednesday from 10am to 11am EST. The sessions are not recorded.
Soul Care Group Covenant for Online Retreat
Intentional Time Together: We recognize the value of dedicating time to nourish our souls and build meaningful connections. We commit to attending scheduled sessions and being fully present during our gatherings.
Welcome to All: Our community is open to all individuals seeking comfort and peace. We extend a warm welcome to newcomers, embracing their unique perspectives and experiences. Together, we create an inclusive, empathetic, and open atmosphere.
Safe and Loving Environment: We pledge to cultivate a safe and loving space where everyone can authentically express themselves and feel genuinely heard. Our approach will be one of compassion and understanding, devoid of judgment.
Deep Listening and Empathy: Practicing deep, empathetic listening, we hold space for each other’s stories and emotions. This mutual support and care create an environment where healing can flourish.
Embracing Silence: Silence is a powerful tool for reflection, growth, and spiritual insight. We welcome moments of silence during our sessions, recognizing their potential for self-awareness and connection.
Confidentiality and Trust: What is shared within this soul care group remains strictly confidential. We honor each other’s trust and refrain from discussing personal stories or information outside of the group.
Avoiding Quick Fixes: Recognizing the complexity of life’s challenges, we refrain from offering simple fixes or rushed solutions. Instead, we respond with empathy, acknowledging the uniqueness of each individual’s journey.
Embracing Vulnerability: We encourage vulnerability as a pathway to healing and growth. Participants are invited to share their authentic selves, knowing they will be met with empathy and respect.
Conflict Resolution: In the event of conflicts or misunderstandings, we address them with openness, honesty, and a commitment to finding resolution while upholding our covenant’s principles.
By committing to this Soul Care Group Covenant, we co-create a sacred space where we nurture our souls, form deep connections, and embark on a transformative journey together.
