Elizabeth Hart, M.D.; M.B,Ch,B; FMCHC; NBC-HWC
I have spent my medical career as an Emergency Medicine practitioner, General Practitioner, and for the last 15 years, an integral member of a Breast Cancer Unit, involved in Surgical and Survivorship roles. My interests have always been disease prevention and holistic wellbeing, and I have mentored hundreds of clients in the areas of weight loss, lifestyle modification and health risk mitigation.
With the goal of following my passion to promote transformation and personal enrichment more directly, I studied Health Coaching through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in 2021 and passed the National Board exam in October 2022. I now coach clients with a wide variety of chronic conditions and life challenges to help them achieve optimal health and well-being.
I am mother to two young adult sons who are both at university studying. I love spending time with them and am astonished daily at how strong and independent and hard working they are. I love to travel and experience new places, food, history and people. I enjoy theatre and the arts, especially the ballet. I read extensively, mostly non-fiction, especially science and medicine, biographies, and psychology. I’m addicted to my Pilates classes every week!
