Our Soul Care Virtual Retreats, led by Dr. Libert and other guest facilitators, are designed to provide a space for healing, sharing, and connecting with others on a deeper level. As members of this soul care group, we gather in the spirit of compassion and support, committed to nurturing our souls and exploring the wisdom within.

We meet online via Zoom every month on the second Wednesday from 10am to 11am EST. The sessions are not recorded.

Access to this soul care group is included in all our programs and the following memberships: VIP CFB, Healthy Foundations and Weight Loss Maintenance.
