We welcome you to attend our upcoming free community event on healthy weight loss, hosted by Asheville Personal Training in partnership with Cynthia Libert, M.D., a Family Physician & Functional Medicine Specialist.

At this free community event, Dr. Cynthia Libert will share her expertise on how to achieve and maintain a healthy weight through healthy habits and lifestyle choices.

Dr. Libert is a Family Physician & Functional Medicine Specialist with extensive experience in helping patients achieve optimal health through lifestyle changes. She takes a holistic approach that considers the whole person, including their unique needs and circumstances, to create personalized plans that promote long-term health.

During the event, Dr. Libert will discuss topics such as:
