Rachel Morgan
I’m joyful to partner with my dear friend, Dr. Libert, to share delicious and healthy recipes for your wellness journey! Two of my greatest passions co-exist harmoniously: food and hospitality. I find great joy and fulfillment in creating culinary delights that feed the soul too.
I fell in love with the Appalachian mountains while spending a summer at Penland School of Crafts learning blacksmithing. Not long afterwards, I made Asheville my home. I spent six years working as the General Manager of the well-loved Corner Kitchen in historic Biltmore Village. My hobbies include anything outside, but especially gardening, hiking, and camping, home renovation projects, creative outlets (both inside and outside of the kitchen!), eating sushi, and spending time with my husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
