Hello Dear One,
Are you riding the roller coaster of emotions right now? During this time of tremendous uncertainty and change, many of us are feeling a dizzying mix of emotions – heartbreak, gratitude, anger, joy, fear, hope, and overwhelm. Let me encourage you to give yourself permission to FEEL whatever is coming up for you and reach out for support if needed.
If you need Functional Medical Care or advice, I’m here for you virtually or in-person at my office in Asheville, North Carolina.
For those of you who are in need of Spiritual First Aid, I invite you to join me for a weekly, live, group check-in starting Friday, May 15, 2020. Our focus will be on building stress resilience during these difficult times.
**This group is open to anyone and you do not have to be a patient of my practice to participate.**
We’ll meet via Zoom so you can see and hear others in the community and ask questions. These sessions will NOT be recorded so you can feel freer to share what’s on your heart.
