Dr. Libert’s mentorship program is ideal for anyone struggling with ANY chronic health concerns (e.g. diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, autoimmune disease, cancer, thyroid disease, hormone imbalance, cognitive decline, obesity, anxiety, depression, PCOS, irritable bowel syndrome, GERD and/or chronic fatigue).
- Seven live sessions for group discussion, support and Q & A with Dr. Libert.
- A seven module online course (see curriculum below).
- A healthy lifestyle blueprint with beginner, intermediate and advanced strategies for creating vibrant health
- A 21-day transformation eating plan with delicious recipes.
The Happy Brain, Healthy Body mentorship is participatory and practical. This experience is designed to be a time of personal transformation. We won’t simply be talking about health, rather I will encourage you to take action. Our goal is to fully implement a healthy lifestyle blueprint by the end of the seven weeks. Each week you can choose your own adventure and decide which options to implement: beginner, intermediate or advanced.
