Who?: This group medical visit is open to the general public and to current patients.  You must be 18 years or older to participate.  This group is geared toward those with any of the following concerns:

  • Memory loss
  • Family history of Alzheimer’s disease
  • Mild Cognitive Impairment
  • Increased genetic risk for Alzheimer’s disease due to APOE 4 allele status
  • Worried about your Brain Function?

What?: Group Medical Visit – a live, in-person discussion with Dr. Libert.  Maximum capacity 4 participants.

When?: Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 9-11:30am

Group Medical Visit Cost: $125 per person (50% discount for spouse)
