Job Title: Functional Medicine Health Coach – Virtual Workshop Creator and Instructor for Women in Ministry & Medicine, Inc.
Location: Remote
Women in Ministry & Medicine, Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Functional Medicine Health Coach to join our team as an Independent Contractor. In this unique opportunity, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and teaching virtual workshops on the topic that you are most passionate about sharing with the world.
Women in Ministry & Medicine, Inc. is a faith-based, Christian nonprofit organization that supports women in healthcare and ministry through education, mentorship, and community. We are committed to empowering women to lead and serve in their communities with excellence and integrity.
As an independent contractor, you will earn 50% of the revenue generated from the workshops, while Women in Ministry & Medicine, Inc. will provide the online platform, assist with advertising, and assist you with administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional medicine and be passionate about sharing their knowledge with others. Additionally, they should be comfortable with technology and have experience creating and teaching virtual workshops.
In this role, you will collaborate with Cynthia Libert, M.D., a functional medicine physician who will provide support to help ensure the success of the workshops. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of others while working with a dynamic team dedicated to improving health outcomes for women.
Responsibilities:
- Create, organize, and teach virtual workshops on a topic that aligns with your passion and expertise
- Collaborate with Cynthia Libert, M.D. to ensure the content is accurate and effective
- Utilize online platform provided by Women in Ministry & Medicine, Inc. for workshop delivery
- Handle administrative tasks related to workshop management
- Provide high-quality coaching and guidance to participants during the workshop
- Promote the workshop to attract participants
- Collaborate with the Women in Ministry & Medicine team to ensure the workshop runs smoothly
Requirements:
- Strong background in functional medicine
- A certification or degree in functional medicine or a related field
- Experience creating and teaching virtual workshops
- Passion for sharing knowledge with others
- Comfortable with technology
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- A passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
